About ClearBreath

Our approach to safe indoor air

We treat mold as a moisture and air problem, not just a stain. That means measuring first, fixing the cause, and proving the result.

  • Measure before we act. Instruments and lab samples, not guesswork.
  • Contain, then remove. Work areas are sealed so the rest of your home stays clean.
  • Prove the result. An independent clearance test closes every job.

Why It Matters

Indoor air affects how your family feels every day

We spend most of our time indoors. Damp and poor ventilation can let mold spores and fine particles build up, and some people are more sensitive to them than others.

Allergy symptoms

Sneezing, itchy eyes and a stuffy nose that linger indoors can be linked to airborne spores.

Breathing discomfort

Damp, stale air may aggravate coughing or wheezing, especially for people with asthma.

Headaches & tiredness

High CO2 and VOC levels in poorly ventilated rooms are associated with headaches and fatigue.

Damage to your home

Left alone, moisture weakens drywall, timber and paint, and repairs get costlier.

Spot It Early

Five signs you may have mold

One sign alone is not proof. Two or more is a good reason to get it checked.

Get It Checked
  1. 01

    Musty smell

An earthy, damp odor that stays even after cleaning or airing the room.

  2. 02

    Dark spots

Black, green or grey specks on walls, ceilings, grout or window frames.

  3. 03

    Water damage

Stains, warped flooring or a past leak that never fully dried.

  4. 04

    Peeling paint

Bubbling or flaking paint and wallpaper often mean moisture behind the surface.

  5. 05

    Allergy symptoms

Sneezing or irritation that improves when you spend time away from home.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Can't find yours? Call us and ask an inspector directly.

A persistent musty smell, dark spots on walls or ceilings, a recent leak, or allergy-like symptoms that ease when you leave the house are all good reasons to book. An inspection tells you whether there is a problem and how large it is.

Yes. We give you a written quote for the inspection and any testing before we visit. You only pay for work you approve.

We use containment, HEPA filtration and products registered for indoor use, and we tell you when each area is ready to use again. We will always explain what is being applied and why.

Small, contained areas often take one to two days. Larger jobs that involve removing building materials can take up to five. Your quote includes a timeline, and the client portal shows progress stage by stage.

Spore counts by type, particle and gas readings, humidity and temperature, each compared with its recommended range, plus room-by-room notes and our recommendations.

Mold returns when moisture returns. That is why every job includes finding the moisture source and giving you prevention steps. We cannot promise a home stays mold-free forever, but we do confirm the result with a clearance test.
